For the fourth time, our colleagues from Minden and Stadthagen, with a total of 63 employees, took part in the city cycling challenge and showed a remarkable performance. Almost 16,000 kilometers were covered! Our 38 cyclists from Minden and 25 cyclists from Stadthagen can all be very proud of this sporting achievement! 

With 10,312 km, the MovingMINDA team from Minden managed to reach the magic 10,000 km mark and thus takes the 9th place in the company ranking for the Minden-Lübbecke district. And our colleagues from Stadthagen can also proudly look back on 5th place in the company ranking of the Schaumburg district with 5,682 kilometers of their team MovingMINDA-STH. 

The last weeks, marked by very hot and also rainy days, did not always offer the best cycling conditions. But our Minda staff was not discouraged by this and consistently collected kilometer after kilometer. And not only that: with every traveled kilometer, CO2 was also saved, a total of 2590.5 kg CO2! 

Participating in the city cycling campaign not only contributes to climate protection, but rather creates motivation among colleagues to firmly integrate cycling into their daily life. Anyone using a bike instead of a car for just a few kilometers not only stays physically fit, but also makes an important long-term contribution to climate protection.
